meetup-seo started in Reggio Emilia in 2016. The name came from a straightforward observation: the best SEO conversations happen when people meet up around real problems, not around generic presentations. So we built an agency that works the same way.
We focus primarily on Emilia-Romagna's core industries: manufacturing, food production, logistics and professional services. These sectors have specific SEO dynamics, particular ways that buyers search, and distinct content needs that a generic approach misses.

A group of four trattorias across the Reggio Emilia area had inconsistent NAP data across directories, unverified Google Business Profiles and no geo-targeted content. We consolidated the citation network, optimised each profile individually and built neighbourhood-level content for each location.
An industrial equipment manufacturer in Modena had near-zero organic presence despite 40 years in business. Their technical terms were being searched but they ranked for none of them. We built a topical cluster around their product categories and fixed critical indexation issues that had suppressed visibility for years.
A small-batch artisan producer of traditional Reggiano balsamic vinegar wanted to compete with major brands online. We identified the gap between what people searched and what the large producers were not serving well, then built a content programme around the craft production story and educational content about traditional methods.
How a project works.
We start with a thorough technical and commercial assessment. Crawl analysis, keyword mapping, competitor benchmarking and an honest evaluation of where the site currently stands versus where it needs to be.
We build a 90-day action plan with specific deliverables, sequenced by expected impact. Technical fixes come first. Content and links are planned in order of commercial relevance.
We execute what we planned. Technical changes are documented and tracked. Content is produced to brief. Links are acquired through editorial outreach. Every action is logged with before/after evidence.
Ongoing content production and link acquisition follow the editorial calendar. We write and place, then measure the impact on rankings and traffic, adjusting the next cycle based on what the data shows.
