REFUND POLICY

Effective: December 2024

1. Digital services

All meetup-seo services are custom digital deliverables. Work begins promptly after payment.

2. Cancellation within 24 hours

Full refund if cancelled in writing within 24 hours of payment and before any work begins.

3. After work starts

Pro-rata refund: total fee minus value of work completed, calculated in good faith.

4. EU consumer rights

EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital services commenced with explicit consent, this right is waived on commencement.
